Hôtel Magique strives that all customers are happy with their purchases. Every artwork is created by hand with brushes, paint, pencils, and ink and includes details that can not be created with a computer.
This includes little drops of paint and imperfections which we adore and should be showing.
We advise you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen workdays.
If something is not correct please send an e-mail to email@example.com ORDER NOT DELIVERED
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please reach out to our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence.
Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end.
Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement, store credit, or refund. INCORRECT ADDRESS / NOT AT HOME
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier service has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Hôtel Magique holds the right to calculate these additional costs on to you. FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo at email@example.com, so that we can assess the fault.
If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a refund.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. DAMAGED ITEMS
