FAQs, Shipping & Terms

These terms & conditions apply to all Hôtel Magique offers, products, orders, agreements, and deliveries of Hôtel Magique. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please contact us at info@hotelmagique.com.

You can choose from the following secure payment methods: PayPal, Ideal, Klarna, and Credit card; Maestro, AMEX, Mastercard, VISA and Paypal accepted cards. When converting prices to another currency a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates. When an item is charged to a credit card you may be charged fees determined by your bank. We take no responsibility for any extra charges incurred at the receiver's end.

Once you placed your order the agreement becomes binding. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order.

DISCOUNT CODE
Did you check-in to Hôtel Magique and received your 10% discount? You can add the discount code during checkout.  The discount code can be applied to all products available on hotelmagique.com except forsale items, package deals, and products from collaborations including 'The Pleasure of Leisure' products, and scarfs in collaboration with Arkitaip.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
If you have any urgent changes please contact our customer service at frontdesk@hotelmagique.com. Once your order has been picked up by the shipping courier, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed.Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
A1 and A2 size art prints, magique rugs and gift cards are non-refundable.

The right shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. Depending on your location or when ordering multiple products, your package will be heavier and bigger, and therefore shipping costs become higher.

IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES
International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. Hôtel Magique is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Hôtel Magique, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

SHIPPING COURIERS
Depending on your order Hôtel Magique delivers most orders via courier service DPD or DHL. Magique rugs are made in Marocco and shipped by a local courier.
International customers including UK customers please be aware that your country may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have filled in an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP at frontdesk@hotelmagique.com Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We advise you to reach out to the shipping courier of your parcel directly as they may be able to redirect your parcel.
Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of stolen packages.

Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Hôtel Magique with tracking information. Please check your emails spam folder when you haven't received the confirmation email.

Magique rugs are made in Marocco and shipped by a local courier where you will receive a unique track & trace code.

The Netherlands 1 - 2 working days after shipping
Europe approx. 2 - 5 working days after shipping
Worldwide approx. 4 - 10 working days after shipping

APPROVAL PERIOD
At Hôtel Magique, we strive to represent our art prints as accurately as possible through online product images. However, it's important to note that due to variations in computer and phone screens, the colours of the actual print may appear slightly different in real life compared to what you see online. Every artwork is created by hand with brushes, paint, pencils, and ink and includes details that can not be created with a computer. This includes little drops of paint and imperfections which we adore and should be showing. We advise you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen workdays. If you feel the artwork or print quality is incorrect contact frontdesk@hotelmagique.com

ORDER NOT DELIVERED
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please reach out to our customer care at frontdesk@hotelmagique.com If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence. Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end. Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement, store credit, or refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / NOT AT HOME
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier service has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Hôtel Magique holds the right to calculate these additional costs on to you.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo at frontdesk@hotelmagique.com, so that we can assess the fault. If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a refund. Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received damaged goods or the quality of the product is not to your satisfaction, please send an e-mail with a photo to info@hotelmagique.com

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase.
If for some reason you are not, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product. Gift cards, A1 and A2 prints, and magique rugs are non-refundable.

The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (unless the shipment is a faulty item). Please make sure your order details (order number, name, address) are included in your return parcel and are shipped with a track & trace number since we can not refund lost parcels.

If goods are used, worn, damaged, or incomplete we have the right to refuse returned items. The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days from the day that your returns package arrived back in our warehouse. Hôtel Magique can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, A1 and A2 prints, and magique rugs are non-refundable.

Gift cards will be sent to your email address, to either forward to the lucky person, or print out and gift in person. Valid exclusively on hotelmagique.com on all available products, the discount code can be added during checkout.
Gift cards can not be products from collaborations sold outside of hotelmagique.com Gift cards have no expiration date and can not be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift card sales are final.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD
If you purchased any items using a gift certificate but return this item, the refund will be credited back to the gift card of the full value of the item minus shipping.

For design collaborations inquiries contact info@hotelmagique.com All products designed in collaboration with other parties or brands are available exclusively via the shopping links. When you are interested in one of the products from one of our collaborations get in touch with the collaborative party.

All photos and images displayed by Hôtel Magique are copyrighted. Without written permission from Hôtel Magique, photos, graphics, artworks, and logos cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
