In September 2022 we will start printing on a new more eco friendly, less bright and less heavy paper quality. When ordering multiple prints you might receive different paper qualities until we have sold out the final stock from the previous paper quality.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing, or lost, please reach out to our customer care at email@example.com
If the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please request proof of delivery with photo evidence.
Please then forward us all correspondence you have had with the courier so that we can investigate on our end.
Once the package has been concluded as lost by the courier, we can issue you a replacement, store credit, or refund. INCORRECT ADDRESS / NOT AT HOME
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when the courier service has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Hôtel Magique holds the right to calculate these additional costs on to you. FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item please email us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can assess the fault.
If deemed faulty, we will replace the faulty item if stock is available, or provide a refund.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty. DAMAGED ITEMS
